In the first part of the series, ten directors stressed the importance of external skills, such as displaying genuine enthusiasm and building authentic relationships by listening and uncovering donors' passions. The second and final installment focused on internal communication and accountability, highlighting the significance of understanding departmental visions, following through on goals, and involving team members in the giving process.
